Dr. Aryal earned his MBBS from B. P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) in Dharan, and his MD in Geriatric Medicine from the renowned All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi. He specializes in geriatric and dementia care and has trained in more than 15 WHO ICOPE-based Geriatric Training sessions organized by NSSD and NHTC, Teku. Additionally, he has provided caregiver training to staff at various care homes. Dr. Aryal has also collaborated with the government to draft geriatric-related documents and has served as a consultant in the development of the National Dementia Action Plan for Nepal. Furthermore, he is a yoga trainer and faculty member of the Art of Living Nepal.
